Nokia's flagship 8 megapixel camera phone, the N86, has received yet another update to fix minor issues. This little update, the details of which are still trickling in, fixes quite a few minor bugs.
Since an official change log for the bugfixes on this one have not been announced yet, we might have to rely on user feedback to actually check what the new improvements are. Also, we shouldn't be expecting groundbreaking changes considering it is not a major one. However, that said, any minor bug fix is appreciated. What we now know is that there have been some speed improvements and some transitions work faster. That's just about the visual part.
This version 21.006 update is available over the air as well as on Nokia Software Updater. In case it's not listed for you, you might just have to wait. As always, even though the N86 features UDP (User Data Protection) although a firmwareupdate, it is advisable to take a backup of all your data on the phone --just to be on the safer side.
