That was then. Starting today, TweetDeck will be seen on Android OS based devices too - albeit in a beta form. Folks over at Mashable were able to take a fist look on the app which according to them behaves pretty much like a beta app with many functionalities still not "polished".
The app already offers support for Facebook, Twitter, Buzz and Foursquare - all in a single app. By the looks of it, TweetDeck for Android has a decent, clean interface. It is pertinent to note is that the iPhone version of TweetDeck doesn't have support for Foursquare or Buzz yet.
TweetDeck promises to add support for multiple Twitter accounts, better maps performance and ability to upload videos in the forthcoming iterations of the client. You might want to head over to the TweetDeck website to check how you can install the app on your Android device and be a part of the beta testing program.
