The browser has graduated from version 1.0 to 1.1 which adds a couple of features and a lot of bug fixes. According to team Epic, the core version of the browser now stands updated to version 3.6.7 of Mozilla Firefox (Epic is based on the Mozilla Firefox) and now boasts of faster load times.
Other additions include tweaks to the built in anti virus scanner which is better now. Issues with the "Games" sidebar which refused to work earlier have been resolved. Users can also add a Home Button to Epic via the "View" drop-down menu.
Apart from these, a Cricinfo widget has been added as a source of commentary and live scores. The browser also shows "Recent Skins" which tells you what themes you have been using of late.
If you already have Epic installed, the browser will automatically ask you to update to the new version. If not, try updating using the "Help"-> "Check for Updates" menu. New users might want to head over to http://epicbrowser.com to download this version.
